Fluent’s 14-week educational programme in Santander invites applications until July 1, 2026, offering interdisciplinary learning, accommodation support, and grants.
SANTANDER, Spain — Applications are now open for PRAXIS 2026, the fourth edition of the independent study programme organized by fluent, an educational and cultural organization based in Santander, Spain. Interested candidates have until July 1, 2026, to apply for the programme, which will run from September 9 through December 13, 2026.
Held in person over a period of 14 weeks, PRAXIS 2026 is designed as an intensive educational experience combining theoretical inquiry with practice-based learning. The curriculum is structured around four interconnected learning modules:

Organizers describe the programme as an exploration of the material and immaterial conditions that shape contemporary life and the role of the arts and humanities in developing socially transformative possibilities. The initiative emphasizes collective study, critical dialogue and expanded modes of listening and understanding.
The programme also draws inspiration from the work of writer and activist Audre Lorde, whose reflections on language, imagination and social change have informed the educational framework of PRAXIS.
