Cultural Centre of Belgrade presents 59th October Salon

October 20–December 4, 2022

The artworks highlight considering potential places for a better standard of living. This year’s edition focuses on complex artistic contexts as well as historical, social, and political circumstances that October Salon has embodied throughout its history. A book that will be released after the exhibition closes will be followed by the entire exhibition.
You can view the previous catalogues (1960–2021) here in the interim.

The October Salon’s responsibility was to plan an exhibition of noteworthy modern Serbian visual arts pieces each year to commemorate the liberation of Belgrade during World War II. Since 2014, it has been hosted every two years after becoming an international exhibition in 2004.
