More about graduate programs

Students are prepared for critical practice by the School of Architecture and Interior Design (SAID) at the University of Cincinnati. Students interact with the tenets, customs, and necessities of building in both its internal and external facets.

The objective is to develop the fields of architecture and interior design by integrating moral reasoning, original thinking, and technical expertise in the quest of greatness. The goal of the faculty is to foster a lifetime outlook that acknowledges the designer’s obligations to the environment, society, and the profession. Students are urged to experiment with their design concepts and hone their communication skills. The teachers and students at SAID work hard to promote the conversation about environmental design, to adapt well to change, and to combine technical knowledge with research.
