Artists from all over the world, from a variety of generations and backgrounds, are actively investigating the materials, fabrics, and new textiles. The visual carriers of modern depictions, such as curtains, tapestries, and rugs, are once again being uncovered. A new story is emerging and illuminating the background of historical, visual, and cultural links thanks to fabrics, textile décor, and clothes. This interest in new digital technologies goes hand-in-hand with this rediscovery of classic methods. In the modern era, digital technology operates the looms or spins the threads in an extended world.

Additionally, fabrics and their patterns frequently serve as emblems of cultural identity. Artistic investigation of materials gives up new views and opportunities in relation to textile mass manufacturing and ecological sustainability. The show creates a dialogue between the many viewpoints of highly regarded artists from around the world who specifically focus on textile materials and simultaneously investigate their social-political implications. Many artworks and images represent ideas of social and aesthetic order while also challenging them. The goal of the exhibition is to demonstrate how pop culture, post-feminism, and current political issues are currently being expressed through the explicit and complex use of textile materials.
