July 15–17, 2022

Students at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design (ABK Stuttgart) cordially welcome you to attend the “Rundgang,” a varied exhibition of the students’ most recent projects and assignments, from July 15 to July 17, 2022. This year’s enrollment of about 900 students has allowed the event to return to its original home, Campus Weissenhof.

Students from the departments of architecture, design, art/art education, and conservation—art history exhibit their current research and projects over an extended weekend, introducing the widest spectrum of creative techniques our art institution has to offer.

On Friday, July 15, at 6 o’clock, the academy’s rector, Prof. Dr. Barbara Bader, will formally launch the show. On Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17 from 1-6pm, starting every full hour, themed tours around the faculties will be available in addition to the announcement of prizes, such as the Academy-Prizes and the DAAD-Scholarship. A number of awards for exceptional artistic accomplishments are also given out by the Friends of the Academy.

The exhibition is open for viewing on Friday from 6 to 11 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 8 p.m. The infopoint has our program booklet and a few “Rundgang” trinkets available.
